Shipping
- All orders received before 3pm Eastern Time (ET) are shipped that same day. If order is placed on a holiday or non-business day (Saturday or Sunday), it will be shipped out the following business day.
- All orders are shipped Ground by USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you prefer faster shipping, please call us for quote.
- We can not control the speed of shipping once it leaves TNT.
- Sometimes shipping charges may need adjustment that’s out of our control. You will be notified before shipping if your purchase needs adjusting.
- Sorry no international, Canadian, Alaska, or Hawaii orders at this time
Orders
If you are tax exempt, please call us at 567-318-5888 before ordering. We will need a copy of your tax exempt form.
Warranty
TNT offers no warranties or guarantees. All warranties are through the manufacturer.
Refund
- TNT does not refund purchases of any paint for any reason. So when ordering paint make sure you are ordering exactly what you need. All other non-paint items can be returned with in 14 days of purchase.
- All returns must be in new, unused and sellable condition. TNT has the right to refuse any returns. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- TNT will not incur shipping expenses for any reason on refunds.
- Please call TNT prior to shipping your return.
